摘    要:目的]为准确鉴定黑米提取物中花青素的成分和含量提供一种有效的测定方法。方法]用HPLC法测定黑米提取物中花青素的主要成分及其含量。结果]在黑米提取物的1%盐酸甲醇溶液的紫外-可见吸收光谱的紫外和可见光区各有一个较强的吸收峰,其波长分别为270和520 nm。黑米提取物的4个批次产品在13.551 min附近均有峰检出,它们的保留时间分别为13.722、13.633、13.517和13.518 min,其平均保留时间为13.598 min,与矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷标准品的保留时间比较吻合。黑米提取物中矢车菊色素的平均含量为41.8%。3个浓度的矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷的平均回收率为104.5%。矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷的峰面积的RSD为1.56%(n=5)。结论]黑米中花青素的主要成分是矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷,该测定方法准确可行。
