摘    要:磷素利用效率较高的冬小麦品种临汾118叶片磷酸酯酶活性随生育期的变化在低磷条件下呈双峰曲线,和磷素利用效率低的冬小麦品种鲁麦13相比,其功能叶在灌浆期前酶活性较低,灌浆期后活性较高。鲁麦13酸性磷酸酯酶活性呈单峰曲线,其活性随磷肥的施用而提高,对肥料反应敏感。低磷条件下小麦第3叶磷酸酯酶活性和磷素利用效率显

Abstract:The acid phosphatase(APase) activity of winter wheat( Triticum aestivum L.)cv. Linfen 118 with high phosphate use efficiency (PUE) was changed with two peaks during life period,in comparison with a low PUE cultivar Lumai 13,the APase activities in functional leaves were lower before filling stage but higher after that. The APase activity of cv. Lumai 13 was changed with only one peak and increased with the application of P fertilizer,indicating that Lumai 13 was sensitive to fertilizer. The correlation between the APase activity of the top third leaf and PUE was significant( R =0.944,P <0.1),so the APase activity of the top third leaf could be used as an index for screening wheat genotypes with high PUE.
