甘蔗开花诱导研究续报

摘    要:本文研究了处理时间、株龄、日长递减率、光照和夜温对一些难开花和不开花亲本(Badila、粤糖57/423、粤糖59/65、Co419、华南56/12和华南56/21)的抽穗率和抽穗期的影响。结果表明:(1)提前处理对粤糖59/65有负作用;(2)较慢的日长递减率(15秒/天)可提高粤糖57/423、粤糖59/65和Badila的抽穗率;(3)充足的自然光照可提高所有参试6个品种的抽穗率;(4)在暗期初始阶段,过高的夜温可能会对整个暗期产生非常有害的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of treatment time, plant age, decline rate in daylength, natural light and night temperature on the percentage and dates of emergence, was studied.Six non-and shy-flowering varieties (Badila, Yuetang 57/423, Yuetang59/65, Huanan 56/12,Huanan56/21 and Co419)were used. The results indicated that earlier treatment (in winter and spring seasons)of older stalks of Yuetang 57/423 could increase emergence percentage and advance its flowering time; earner treatment of younger but vigorous stalks of Badila could advance its flowering time; earlier treatment had negative effect on Yuetang 59/65; slower decline rate in daylength (15 seconds/day ) could increase emergence percentage of Yueatang 59/423 and Badila; for all 6 tested varieties; stalks exposed to more natural light in daytime had higher emergence percentage; excessively high night temperature at the beginning of dark period might have very harmful influence on the whole dark period.
