摘 要: | 对黑木耳栽培中的污染杂菌进行分离鉴定及拮抗菌筛选,为进一步研究和治理提供理论依据。采用组织分离法获得纯培养菌株,基于ITS鉴定其分类学地位,采用平板对峙法筛选生防放线菌。获得纯培养菌株,编号CP-1。ITS序列扩增,得到一条571bp的序列(GenBankNo.KP027411);与好食脉孢霉和粗糙脉孢霉的相似度分别为99%和98%;结合形态学特征,CP-1与好食脉孢霉的相似性更高。生防链霉菌BUAS13-03菌株抗性最佳,抑菌圈直径为2.8±0.3cm。确定菌株CP-1为好食脉孢霉;生防菌BUAS13-03对CP-1的拮抗效果较好。本研究对黑木耳好食脉孢霉的生物防治提供理论基础和试验依据。

Isolation, Identification, and Screening of Antagonistic Bacteria of A Neurospora sp. Strain |

Abstract: | A pure cultured pathogenic fungal strain with white color, numbered as CP-1, was isolated from culture media of mushroom Auricularia auricula-judae in Kunli cooperation of Changping, Beijing. Partial ITS sequence of CP-1 strain was amplified using general primers ITS1 and TIS4. The strain was identified as Neurospora sitophila based on Blast and MEGA 5.0 software. Antagonistic study towards the strain was undergone using plate confrontation method. Among the 19 tested Streptomyces species, Strain BUAS13-03 demonstrated the highest antifungal activity with the diameter of inhibition zone of 2.8 ± 0.3 cm. Strains BUAS13-01, BUAS13-11, BUAS13-14, and BUAS13-15 also possessed antifungal activity, while other strains did not. The present study is helpful for the further improvements of biological control towards Neurospora. |
