中国沙棘属植物资源及其开发利用现状

中国沙棘资源蕴藏量大,野生资源丰富。沙棘是优良的水土保持树种和"三料"(燃料、饲料、肥料)树种,对中国沙棘属植物的资源情况作了简要介绍,并重点介绍了沙棘的化学特性、在医药、食品、饮料、化妆品、生态保护等领域的研究进展及应用价值,概括了沙棘开发利用中存在的问题,提出了开发利用沙棘资源的建议。

The Plant Resources of Hippophae and Its Development and Utilization Status in China

China is abundant in natural resources of Hippophae.Seabuckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides L.),also known as Cu Liu,SuanCi,a Elaeagnaceae Seabuckthorn which is a deciduous shrub or small tree,is a new type of berry fruit.Hippophae is an excellent soil and water conservation species and the "three news"(fuel,fodder,fertilizer) species,which has an important role in the construction of the ecological environment and rural economic development.Its fruits and leaves are rich in variety of bioactive substances and nutrients,which are widely used in medicine,food,drinks,cosmetics and other industrial production,so it has very high economic value.In this paper,the authors introduced the resources of Hippophae and their utilization in the medical purposes,drinks,food,production of cosmetics,feed value,ecological value and other areas,summarized the existing problems in the development and utilization of sea buckthorn and proposed some proposals for the development and utilization of Hippophae resources.
