| 摘 要： | 运用博弈方法分析在农村剩余劳动力培训过程中政府、培训机构、农村剩余劳动力三主体间的关系.发现目前开展的培,训存在政府鼓励农民参加培训的激励机制不够、政府对培训学校的监督机制不完善等问题,并提出具体的对策建议.

| Abstract: | The relationship among goverment,training institutions and rural surplus labor forces during training process anlayzed by game approach.The results showed that governmental encouragement mechanism and supervision mechanism need to be further improved. Some suggestions and coutermeasures were put forward. |
