| 摘 要： | 通过对黑龙江省草地资源现状及农区的自然状况分析，提出了黑龙江省农业产业结构需要调整的办法。同时指出了解决黑龙江省未来饲草饲料应从发展牧草资源着手，并充分利用秸秆资源，大力发展青贮玉米。

| Abstract: | The grassland resources and natural situation in farmland area were analyzed, and the ways of adjustment of agricultural construction and some countermeasures of developing grassland resources in Heilongjiang province were proposed, which including exploitation of fodder and forage resources, utilization of straw resource and silage maize. |
