| 摘 要： | 对氧乐果和三唑酮混合农药制剂中的氧乐果的分离、分析方法进行了研究。结果表明，在采用以适当展开剂的薄层法分离样品以后，以化法氧化、间接碘量法测定氧乐果有效成分含量是有效、可靠和简便的分析测定方法。该方法精密度良好，ｓ为０．０８３，ＲＳＤ为０．３１％，对氧乐果回收率的测定结果为９８．９３％～１００．１４％。 |

| Abstract: | A new analytical method of omethoate in a pesticide mixture containing omethoate and triadimefon is reported. With the TLC using proper developing solvent and chromogenic reagent, omethoate was isolated and measured by bromate and iodimetry titration method. The melts show that the method proved to be effective, reliable, simple and accurate with s being 0.083, RSD being 0.31 % and the rate of recovery of omethoate being 98.93% ~ 100. 14%. |
