| Abstract: | The factors affecting land differentiation in mountain areas of Beijing is analyzed and the land-resource evaluation system and its criteria of sample areas are established.The features of land-resource are also assessed by structure,quality and capacity.The strategical measures of sustainable development for land-resource are suggested. |
