河北蔬菜质量安全问题策略研究

摘    要:蔬菜作为鲜活农产品,是农产品质量安全最受关注的一类产品。就河北当前蔬菜质量安全的现状,着重对蔬菜产地管理、标准化生产、质量检测、流通监管、质量追溯等各环节进行综合分析论述,提出发展策略,从而为提高全国蔬菜产区产品质量安全提供更多有效措施。

Abstract:Vegetable as fresh agricultural product is the most concerned agricultural product in the aspect of quality and safety.On the basis of Hebei current vegetables quality and safety situations,the vegetable production management,standardized producing,quality inspection,circulation monitoring,splurge quality mechanism aspects were comprehensively analyzed.The developing strategy was proposed to provide more effective security measures for improving the quality of vegetable producing.
