短体副鳅的胚胎发育观察

摘    要:2005年3~4月和2006年3~4月进行了短体副鳅(Paracobitis potanini)的人工繁殖试验,获得了数批受精卵,期间对受精卵胚胎发育过程进行了连续观察。短体副鳅成熟卵圆形,卵膜强粘性,卵径2.3~2.53 mm,平均2.41 mm,水温17~19℃时胚胎发育历时58 h 20 min,共划分为26时期。未受精卵能够发育到原肠中期,后全部死亡。初孵仔鱼全长3.5 mm左右,卵黄囊长勺型,通体透明无色素。

Abstract:From March 2005 to April 2006,the sperm of Paracobitis potanini were obtained by artificial propagation,and the embryonic development process was continuously observed.The ovium is in oval shape with strong membrane-viscous.The egg diameter arranges from 2.3 mm to 2.53 mm,with the average of 2.41 mm.Under the temperature of 17~19 ℃,the embryonic development lasts 58 h and 20 min,and it can be divided into 26 periods.Unfertilized eggs could come to mid gastrula,but all died after that.Newly hatched larvaes with long spoon-yolk sac are about 3.5 mm′s long and they are transparent without any pigments.
