生长素对大麦虫幼虫生长发育影响的研究

摘    要:为了研究生长素对大麦虫化蛹及发育的影响,本试验以大麦虫幼虫为研究对象在饲料中添加昆虫生长素原粉,观察大麦虫的生长、化蛹及羽化情况.结果表明:大麦虫幼虫取食含有生长素的饲料最佳时间以7 d较为合适.添食生长素能够使大麦虫幼虫化蛹时期提前7 d,第18 d开始出现化蛹,化蛹数量较多集中在18~25 d,35 d后基本不再化蛹.体长45±5 mm与体长55±5 mm化蛹率明显高于对照组,但大麦虫蛹重差异不显著.综上,体长55±5 mm添加生长素效果最好,说明这对体重过小的大麦虫饲喂生长素会影响其生长,即使很少量化蛹后,也不能成功羽化成成虫.

Abstract:In order to study the effects of Zophobas atratus pupation rate on feeding auxins, westudied the growth, pupae and emerging of Z. atratus larvae with addition of insect auxin powder. Theresults showed that the optimum time for feeding barley insect larvae was 7 days. Adding auxin couldmake the larvae pupation earlier 7 days. On the 18th day Z. atratus began to pupation, the number ofpupation more concentrated in the 18~25 days, and after 35 days, Z. atratus s larvae no pupation. Thepupation rate of body length 45±5mm and body length 55 ±5mm was significantly higher than thatof control group, but there was no significant difference in pupal weight. To sum up, the effect of addingauxin to the body length of 55±5mm is the best, indicating that feeding auxin on too small Z. atratuslarvae would affect its growth, even after a small amount pupation, it could not be successfully grown intoadult.
