PEG6000渗透胁迫下应用电导法对披碱草属种质幼苗抗旱性初步研究

摘    要:以15%聚乙二醇(PEG6000)作渗透介质,应用电导法对59份7种披碱草属(Elymus L.)种质幼苗进行了抗旱性初步研究。结果表明,59份种质材料按照评价标准可分为4级,抗旱性可分为强、较强、中等、弱。抗旱性强的种质5份,占供试种质的8.48%,包括PJ001、PJ003、PJ005、PJ006、PJ027;抗旱性较强的种质16 份,占供试种质的27.12%,包括PJ002、PJ004、PJ007、PJ009、PJ010、PJ011、PJ012、PJ013、PJ014、PJ017、PJ018、PJ021、PJ036、PJ042、PJ073、PJ093;抗旱性中等的种质20份,占供试种质的33.90%,包括PJ025、PJ029、PJ033、PJ034、PJ035、PJ038、PJ039、PJ054、PJ066、PJ067、PJ068、PJ090、PJ097、PJ098、PJ099、PJ100、PJ108、PJ109、PJ113、PJ114;抗旱性弱的种质18份,占供试种质30.50%,包括PJ019、PJ022、PJ037、PJ069、PJ070、PJ074、PJ075、PJ077、PJ078、PJ092、PJ101、PJ105、PJ107、PJ110、PJ111、PJ112、PJ115、PJ116。电导法测定抗旱性具有相当程度的灵敏度和精确性,是快速筛选抗旱性种质的有效手段。

Abstract:In order to understand drought resistance of Elymus quickly, and can be used to more scientifically. By 15% polyethylene glycol (PEG6000) for stress medium, artificial simulation drought condition, to evaluate drought resistance of 59 germplasm materials which include 7 Elymus species. The results showed, 59 germplasm materials can be divided into four levels according to the evaluation standards, which were very high, high, medium, low. Germplasm materials of very high drought resistance had five, for 8.48% of the whole materials, including PJ001, PJ003, PJ005, PJ006, PJ027. High drought resistance had 16, for 27.12% which were PJ002, PJ004, PJ007, PJ009, PJ010, PJ011, PJ012, PJ013, PJ014, PJ017, PJ018, PJ021, PJ036, PJ042, PJ07, PJ093. Medium had 20, for 33.9% , which were PJ025, PJ029, PJ033, PJ034, PJ035, PJ038, PJ039, PJ054, PJ066, PJ067, PJ068, PJ090, PJ097, PJ098, PJ099, PJ100, PJ108, PJ109, PJ113, PJ114. And low drought resistance had 18, for 30.50%, which were PJ019, PJ022, PJ037, PJ069, PJ070, PJ074, PJ075, PJ077, PJ078, PJ092, PJ101, PJ105, PJ107, PJ110, PJ111, PJ112, PJ115, PJ116. 59 germplasm materials, when P0.05, they can be divided into 23 groups significantly different combinations; P0.001, may be divided into 22 groups significantly difference. The long-term adaptation of the original species habitat, drought resistance of different germplasm showed differences.
