城市住房消费生态足迹测试探讨

摘    要:采用社会调查法、统计法、住房消费生态足迹测试法构建了不同时期、不同地区、不同阶层的住房消费承载能力测试模型、住房消费负荷压力测试模型和住房消费生态足迹测试模型,结果显示:1997年-2010年,城市居民住房消费承载能力有所上升,住房消费负荷压力有所加大,住房消费生态足迹有所加深.认为导致城市居民住房消费生态足迹加深的重要原因,不仅有楼市房价上涨,还有城市居民住房消费面积增加等因素.

Abstract:Ecological footprint of housing consumption,which is a concept describing the interaction between the carrying capacity of housing consumption and the housing consumption load pressure,is a hot topic in modern consumer economics.The test of ecological footprint of housing consumption is a creative topic at the forefront of consumer economics.It studies the following issues: first,the construction of test models of the carrying capacity of housing consumption at different times,in different regions and for different groups;second,the construction of test models of housing consumption load pressure at different times,in different regions and for different groups;and third,the construction of test models of ecological footprint of housing consumption at different times,in different regions and for different groups.The results of the present empirical study show that urban residents’ carrying capacity of housing consumption has increased,and there is greater load pressure with deeper ecological footprint.The causes of this phenomenon include the rising housing price and the enlarging of per capita housing area of urban residents.
