广东连平县生态农业发展规划研究

为了保护连平县的生态环境和东江水源,在发展农业经济时,必须进行生态的总体规划。本研究以连平县的农业资源和发展现状为基础,在研究了其发展的各种优劣势的基础上,参考国内外生态农业发展成功案例,提出了生态农业发展的总体规划,并以实践和应用作为价值考量,将全县划分为"一核、二廊、三区",即建立一个生态农业核心区、纵横二条生态农业经济带、三个生态农业功能区。并就产业结构调整、生态发展政策提出了相应的方案和建议。研究结果可以在一定程度上为该县发展生态农业提供决策咨询和战略性指导。

Ecological Agriculture Development Planning of Lianping County in Guangdong Province

Lianping is a county located in the nine mountain area, northeast of Guangdong province. It is an upstream county of Xinfeng River and water supply resources of Dongjiang River, as well as an important ecological barrier of northern Guangdong province. Because of its mountain area location and backward economic development, Lianping was on the list of key counties for poverty alleviation and development of Guangdong province in 2015. In order to develop local agricultural economy on the basis of environment and water resources protection, the best and only way for them to choose is sustainable development. Ecological agriculture is an important part of sustainable development, and Lianping has significant advantages and unique conditions in ecological resources. In this study, the natural resources, social resources and agricultural production in recent years of Lianping county were analyzed in depth. The advantages vs disadvantages, opportunities vs challenges of the development of ecological agriculture in the county were clarified. In refer to some successful cases of ecological agricultural development at home and abroad, we have made an overall planning of ecological agricultural development for Lianping county and put forward some related policy recommendations. Our planning may provide some decision-making advices and strategic guidance for the ecological agricultural development of this county.
