| 摘 要： | 农业科研试验基地是农业科学研究及科技成果转化的重要平台，为农业科研的可持续发展提供重要支撑。文章以安徽省农业科学院为例，分析了安徽省农业科学院农业科研试验基地的管理现状和管理模式，指出了农业科研试验基地运行管理中存在的问题，从管理模式和基地建设等方面提出了建设现代综合农业科研试验基地的建议与对策，为农业科技成果创新和服务三农提供更好的保障条件。

Discussions on Management Model of Agricultural Scientific Research Base a Case Study of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences |

| Abstract: | Agricultural scientific research base is a crucial support for the substantial development of agricultural scientific research, as it can serve as an important platform for scientific research, as well as the transformation of sci-tech achievements. Taking agricultural scientific research bases in Anhui academy of agricultural sciences as a case, the current situation and model of management of agricultural scientific research base was analyzed in the paper. Problems in this area during developing of agricultural modernization were pointed out. Suggestions and countermeasures of strengthening the modern management of agricultural scientific research base were discussed from optimizing management model and the construction of base. These would safeguard the successful developing of agricultural scientific and technological innovation. |
