小儿牛黄清心散对热性惊厥后脑损伤保护作用的临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨小儿牛黄清心散对热性惊厥后脑损伤的保护作用。方法 将74例复杂性热性惊厥患儿随机分为治疗组40例和对照组34例,均予以常规治疗,治疗组加用小儿牛黄清心散口服,疗程14 d。比较两组治疗前后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平及脑电图异常率。结果 治疗后治疗组血清NSE水平恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);脑电图异常率也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小儿牛黄清心散治疗热性惊厥后脑损伤有明显疗效,且安全性良好。

Neuroprotective Effects of Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin Powder on Febrile Seizures Induced Brain Injury

Abstract:Objective To explore the neuroprotective effects of Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder on febrile seizures induced brain injury. Methods Totally 74 patients with complex febrile seizures were randomly assigned into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (34 cases). Both groups were treated with routine therapy, while the treatment group was additionally given oral Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder, 14 d of one course. The serum neuron specific enolase (NSE) level and abnormal rate of electroencephalogram were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the serum NSE level of treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05), and the abnormal rate of electroencephalogram was also significantly lower than control group. Conclusion Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder in treating febrile seizures induced brain injury shows good effect and safety.
