| 摘 要： | 分析认为,我国现行的生态公益林补偿制度仍存在补偿标准偏低、规划管理不当、补偿方式单一、缺乏配套的政策法规体系等问题.结合当前广西区生态公益林补偿制度及其存在的问题,提出创新公益林补偿标准的形成机制,实施分地区分类别补偿的措施,有效提高生态公益林补偿资金的使用效率,尽快出台适合全区实际情况的生态公益林补偿实施条例,不断完善公益林补偿制度等对策与建议.
