摘    要:对红地球葡萄采后的生物学特性,包括病原菌种类与侵染规律、干梗、漂白以及脱粒等主要问题进行阐述,同时对红地球葡萄从采收到贮藏运输过程中的保鲜技术要点进行了详细说明.

Abstract:Posharvest pathogen and infection rule, stem dehydration, blanching and drop of berry are main problems of red globe grape during storage and transportation. Postharvst biology and process of red globe grape is comprehensive described in this aricle, which will suppy reference for reducing the loss of the red globe grape after havest.
