光周期处理对黄瓜花性分化及其氧化酶活性影响

摘    要:通过人工控制光照时间,研究了不同光周期处理对黄瓜强雌系、普通系花性分化和内源氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明,8 h光照处理使所有供试材料的雌花节率都高于对照,16 h光照处理使所有供试材料的雌花节率都低于对照,两种处理均达到了显著差异.与对照相比,8 h光照处理总体上使过氧化物酶活性升高,过氧化氢酶活性降低;16 h光照处理使过氧化物酶活性降低,过氧化氢酶活性升高.

Abstract:The effects of various photoperiodic treatments on floral sex differentiation and oxidase activities of predominant female lines and normal lines were studied in cucumber. The results showed that the radio of the node with female flowers of all materials including predominant female and normal lines increased significantly in short-day (8 h photoperiod) treatment compared to that of CK in the same treatment. Meanwhile, the ratio of the node with female flowers in long-day(16 h photoperiod) treatment was significantly decreased for all predominant female and normal lines over that of CK in the same treatment. In general, shot-day treatment made the peroxidase more active and the catalase less in both kinds of lines. Long-day treatment made the peroxidase less active and catalase more in both kinds of lines.
