摘    要:为了建立一种便捷、经济、耗时短并能应用于水稻细胞凋亡研究的体系,运用研磨法建立水稻细胞(团)体系,该体系经过500mg/L水杨酸、250mmol/LCaCl2、ZnCl2和MgCl2诱导,应用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测.结果显示,体系在水杨酸诱导6h后,便出现小于1kb的小片段,并随着时间的延长,小片断显著增加.CaCl2、ZnCl2和MgCl2诱导4h后,均能使DNA片段化,并产生典型的DNALadder现象,由此可以初步断定已建立起细胞凋亡体系.

Abstract:Rice cell (cell mass) systems were established using a grinding method, and then these systems were treated with salicylic acid, Ca2 , Mg2 and Zn2 respectively, the results showed that the materials, such as salicylic acid, Ca2 , and Mg2 , which can induce apoptosis were able to induce the DNA fragmentation, instead, Zn2 could not induce. It can be concluded preliminarily that cell apoptosis system has been established by grinding method. This study also revealed that the grinded rice cell (cell mass) is available for the research of cell apoptosis. Key words: grind, rice, cell apoptosis, system
