| 摘 要： | 对常见生物材料进行切片法和非切片法制片技术的比较,结果表明:不同的生物材料、不同的组织、选择不同的制片方法,可以提高生物显微制片的质量和效率,为生物显微制片技术的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to discuss the common biological movie-making technology,the slicing and the nonslicing comparison,has carried on the movie-making in view of ten common living thing.The result indicated that the different biological material, the different organization,the choice of different movie-making method rule,could enhance in the biological movie-making efficiency and quality,enabled the people to have the certain rule in the movie-making to be possible to seek,and provided the certain reference value. |
