光合细菌几种培养方式的比较

摘    要:分别采用40L光生物反应器、10L光生物反应器和10L发酵罐3种方式对光合细菌进行了通气培养的比较研究,测定了3种培养方式下光合细菌的生长曲线,比较了3者之间的差异,并研究了通气量和盐度对光合细菌生长速率的影响。结果表明,40L与10L新式光生物反应器和3L发酵罐中光合细菌的生长速率无明显的差别,表明新式光生物反应器在原来10L的基础上不用作参数和比例的更改即可进行进一步的放大;对该种新式光生物反应器的产业化应用提供了试验依据。该种新式光生物反应器与发酵罐相比,在相同培养条件下,达到光合细菌最大生长密度和最大产量,且所耗费的成本将大大降低,从而为光合细菌的产业化生产提供可能性,进而为光合细菌的大规模生产提供广阔的前景。

Abstract:Photosynthetic bacteria were cultivated in three culture systems,which were 40 L bioreactor,10 L photo bioreactor and 10 L fermentor.Growth curve of photosynthetic bacteria under the three culture systems was determined and their differences were compared.Effects of ventilatory capacity and salinity on the growth rate of photosynthetic bacteria were studied.There were no significant differences in the growth rate of photosynthetic bacteria in 40 L and 10 L photo bioreactors and 3 L fermentor,which indicated that the 10 L photo bioreactor could be further magnified without the amendment of parameter and proportion.This provided experiment basis for the application of photo bioreactor in pilot test and industrialization.Compared with fermentor,the cost for photosynthetic bacteria reaching maximum growth density and output in photo bioreactor reduced greatly under the same condition,which offered possibility for the industrialization production of photosynthetic bacteria and furthermore provided wide prospect for the large scale production of photosynthetic bacteria.
