摘    要:[目的]寻找影响其扦插成活的各种因子,为尖叶黄杨野生植物资源的可持续利用提供依据。[方法]以丽水野生尖叶黄杨嫩枝为材料,进行扦插繁殖试验。[结果]结果表明,用稀释800倍的ABT生根粉溶液速蘸,河沙为扦插基质,生根率最高,可达91%。综合考虑平均根数、平均根长、最长根长等生长状态指数,该插条生根后的生长为最佳状态。[结论]基质的透气性对尖叶黄杨的扦插成活率影响最大;低浓度激素对尖叶黄杨的影响不大;综合考虑各种因素,以河沙为基质,用ABT 800稀释液处理插穗,能获得理想的生根率和良好的生长状态。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to seek for every kind of factors influencing the cutting survival rate of Buxus sinica so as to provide basis for sustainable exploitation of its wild plant resources.[Method] The experiment of cuttage propagation was conducted with wild B.sinica twig collected from Lishui as material.[Result] With the river sand as cutting medium,the twig dipped quickly with 800 μl ABT rooting powder obtained highest rooting rate of 91%.Considered the growth state indexes such as average root number,average root length and longest root length synthetically,the growth of the rooted cuttings was in the optimum state.[Conclusion] The gas permeability of medium had the most influence on the cutting survival rate of B.sinica.The hormone at low concentration had few influence on B.sinica.Synthetically considered every kind of factors,the perfect rooting rate and good growth state could be got with river sand as medium and by treating cuttings with ABT 800 μl.
