| 摘 要： | 我国西部农村准公共产品的供给一方面存在总量不足、质量不高的问题,另一方面又有"过剩"的现象存在,其主要原因是政府对农村准公共产品的资金投入严重不足,不合理的农村准公共产品供给决策机制等。因此,必须改革和创新我国西部农村准公共产品的供给模式。

| Abstract: | On the one hand,the supply of quasi-public products in western countryside of China had problems of insufficient total amount and low quality and on the other hand,there was "surplus" phenomena in the supply of quasi-public products.The main reasons were that the financial input of government on quasi-public products in countryside was seriously insufficient and the supply decision-making mechanism of quasi-public products in countryside was unreasonable and so on.So,the supplying pattern of quasi-public products in western countryside of China must be reformed and innovated. |
