| Abstract: | Compared with the social and economic development in other regions of Sichuan province and the whole country,there was a big gap due to the underdevelopment of the non-state economy.In order to realize the regional social and economic objectives,the development of the non-state economy should be made as a cutting edge.There were both challenges and opportunities in the development of non-state economy.It was necessary to dissect the factors that affecting the future development of non-state economy. |
