| Abstract: | In the paper,the extraction and separation technologies of essential oils from plants were summarized,such as distillation,ethanol extraction,squeezing,absorbing,enzyme extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasonicwave extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,molecular distillation,crystallization,chromatography,which principles,advantages,research progresses,characteristics and applicative prospects were introduced. |
