| 摘 要： | [目的]为了加强奶牛乳房炎免疫控制。[方法]介绍奶牛乳房炎的病理学、发病机理、免疫与防御机制及其疫苗种类和研究进展。[结果]该病病原主要为多种非特定的病原微生物,致病机制仍然不太清楚,防御机制包括先天性免疫和特异性免疫,采取综合防治,特别要注意抗生素的使用问题。[结论]该研究为奶牛乳房炎的免疫研究提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The objective of the study is to strengthen studies on immunocontrol of mastitis in dairy cows.The paper has introduced the pathology,pathogenesis,immunity and prevention mechanism of mastitis in dairy cows as well as its vaccine categories and research advances.The pathogens of this disease are multiple non-specific pathogenic microorganisms,with unclear pathogenesis.The defense mechanism includes innate immune and specific immunity.If we adopt comprehensive control measures,we should pay attention to the issue of antibiotic usage.This study has provided a theoretical foundation for the study on immunity of mastitis in dairy cows. |
