| Abstract: | It was important for the rapid growth of rural economic in Henan Province to developing labor-intensive medium and small-sized industry cluster.Both the forming condition and development process of labor-intensive industry cluster had specialy rules,which needed proper market orientation and rational planning of development strategy of regional industry. |
