中国粮食问题的分析

摘    要:建国以来,我国在粮食生产方面取得了令人瞩目的成就,先后经历7次较大的粮食波动,但没有一次完全是由生产问题造成的。现在粮食政策包括购销体制和贸易政策已向市场体制迈进,调控手段更加成熟。在当前更加强调获得粮食能力和政策及贸易的粮食安全概念下,我国粮食安全问题已大为缓解。今后的重点是提高粮农的收入和竞争力。

Abstract:Since the founding of the PRC,remarkable achievements has been made on the food grain production in China.7 times of greater food grain fluctuation have been suffered,but none of them was completely caused by production problems.Current policies of food grain including purchase and sale system,trade policy have stridden forward to market system and the control means are more mature.At present,as the ability to obtain food and the food security concept of policy and trade are emphasized much more,the problem of Chinese food security has been alleviated greatly.To increase the income and competitive power of farmers will be important in future.
