垂柳叶黄酮的微波提取工艺

摘    要:目的]研究利用微波提取技术提取垂柳叶中总黄酮的方法,测定不同时期垂柳总黄酮含量,以确定垂柳的最佳采收期。方法]采用正交试验,考察微波功率、提取溶剂浓度、提取时间对总黄酮含量的影响,确定微波萃取垂柳总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,并与超声波提取法、索氏提取法进行比较。结果]微波萃取的最佳条件为:以70%乙醇为溶剂,微波功率2 000 W,提取40 min。微波萃取40 min与索氏提取8 h、超声波提取2 h得率相当。结论]微波萃取具有快速、高效、节能、选择性好的特点。

Abstract:Objectve]Microwave-heated extraction(MHE) method was studied for the extraction of total flavonoids from Salix babylonica L.The contents of total flavonoids was determined in different time to select the optimal ingatherinhg time.Methods]Several factors,such as solvent,time and microwave power were investigated and the appropriate MHE conditions were obtained from the orthogonal test.The MHE method was compared with ultrasonic extraction methods,and soxhlet extraction.Results]The optimum conditions of MHE is extracting for 40 minutes in 70% EtOH aqous by microwave of 2 000 W.The yield of total flavonoids was almost equal to that of Soxhlet extraction for 8 hr,and that of ultrasonic extraction for 2 hr.Conclusion]The MHE method is a fast,efficient,energy saving and high-selective method,which is recommendable to the application to flavonoids extraction from Salix babylonica L.
