宽叶十万错多糖最佳提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了宽叶十万错Asystasia gangetica(L.)T.Anders.]多糖最佳提取工艺,探讨了液固比、提取温度、提取时间、醇沉浓度等理化因素对宽叶十万错多糖提取效果的影响。确定宽叶十万错多糖的最佳提取工艺参数为:液固比25∶1,提取温度95℃,提取时间4 h,醇沉终浓度为80%,宽叶十万错多糖的提取率为4.71%。

Abstract:The effects of some physical and chemical factors,such as solvent-solid ratio,temperature,time and ethanol,on the extraction of polysaccharide in Asystasia gangetica(L.)T.Anders was investigated.According to orthogonal design,the optimum conditions for the extraction of polysaccharide were as follow: 25:1 of solvent-solid ratio,95 ℃,4 h,3 times of ethanol volume for precipitating coarse polysaccharide.The extraction yield of rude polysaccharide was 4.71 %.
