黔中石灰岩地区不同植被类型根际土壤酶研究

摘    要:研究了黔中石灰岩地区不同植被类型根际和非根际土壤酶活性。结果表明:根际和非根际土壤酶之间的差异显著,相同植被下同种酶根际土壤酶活性明显大于非根际土壤酶活性。土壤酶活性主要呈现两种趋势:蔗糖酶和淀粉酶根际和非根际酶活性表现为针阔混交林>灌木林>针叶林>草灌;过氧化氢酶和脲酶根际和非根际酶活性表现为针阔混交林>针叶林>灌木林>草灌。根际土壤养分因子含量均大于非根际,土壤酶、养分因子"根际效应"都较明显,土壤酶和土壤养分因子之间有明显相关性,而土壤酶和pH值之间无明显相关性。

Abstract:Rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil enzyme activities of different vegetation types were studied in the Limestone Area.The result showed that the soil enzyme activities of the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere were remarkable,rhizosphere soil enzyme activities were obviously stronger than non-rhizosphere soil enzyme activities in the same enzyme vegetation.Soil enzyme activities mainly presented two kinds of tendencies: the activities of soil amylase and soil sucrose were the korean pine and broad-leaved mixed forest > shrubbery> coniferous forest > meadow in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil area,the activities of soil catalase and urease were the korean pine and broad-leaved mixed forest > coniferous forest > shrubbery > meadow in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil area.The main factors of the rhizosphere soil nutrient contents were more than the main factors of the non-rhizosphere soil nutrient contents,rhizosphere effect of soil enzyme and the main soil nutrient contents was significant,there were significant correlation between soil enzyme activities and the main factors of soil nutrient contents,while no significant correlation was found between soil enzyme activities and soil pH.
