| 摘 要： | 通过对衡阳市城区近9年来的土地利用类型数据进行整理,研究了衡阳市城区土地利用的动态与程度变化及发展方向。结果表明,衡阳市城区的耕地保护较好,但整体上利用粗放,外向土地扩张严重,内部开发不够。最后对衡阳市城区土地利用存在的问题提出了几点建议,为衡阳市城市的可持续发展提供依据。

| Abstract: | By reorganizing the Hengyang city for nine years land utilization type data,this article studyed the tendency degree change and the development direction of Hengyang city land utilization.The results indicated that Hengyang city farming protection were good,but in the whole,using were extensive,extroverted land expansion were serious,internal development is insufficient.Finally,the authors put forward several proposals to the existence question of Hengyang city land utilization. |
