萘降解菌NAP2-2的16S rRNA基因克隆和系统发育分析

摘    要:筛选到1株萘降解菌NAP2-2,对其进行了表观及16S rRNA基因的系统发育研究。结果表明,NAP2-2能以萘作为唯一碳源和能源生长。16S rRNA基因同源性分析显示,该菌株为短芽孢杆菌属(Brevibacillus)的一个成员。对萘降解菌16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育学分析表明,降解菌主要分布在变形菌门和厚壁菌门。因此对NAP2-2菌株的分析揭示了短芽孢杆菌属新的生物学特性,为以后利用此类细菌处理多环芳烃污染提供了重要依据。

Abstract:A naphthalene degrading bacterium NAP2-2 was isolated and its 16S rRNA gene phylogeny as well as its apparent character was studied.As a result,strain NAP2-2 grew well with naphthalene as the sole carbon and energy resource.Homological analysis of 16S rRNA gene supported strain NAP2-2 to be a member of Brevibacillus genus.Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene showed that all naphthalene degrading bacteria belong to two phyla: Proteobacteria of G-and Firmicutes of G .Study on strain NAP2-2 revealed a new character(naphthalene degrading) of Brevibacillus and offered an important contribution to the treatment of Poly-aromatic hydrocarbon contaminations with these bacteria.
