血液生化遗传多态性研究进展及其在绵羊遗传育种中的应用

目的]了解绵羊生化遗传多态性在绵羊遗传育种中的应用研究进展。方法]综述血液蛋白和同工酶的多态性研究进展及其在绵羊的亲子鉴定、品种起源、分化及亲缘关系、生产性能等研究中的应用。结果]绵羊生化遗传多态性的研究进展表现在血液蛋白多态性和同工酶多态性研究上;其在绵羊的亲子鉴定、品种起源、分化及亲缘关系、与动物适应性关系、绵羊繁殖力、与生产性能的相关研究等的应用广泛。结论]该研究为了解绵羊生化遗传多态性在绵羊遗传育种中的应用研究进展提供了参考。

Research Advances of Blood Biochemical Genetic Polymorphism and its Application in Sheep Genetic Breeding

Objective]The objective of this study was to understand the research advances in the application of blood biochemical genetic polymorphism in sheep genetic breeding.Method] Research advances of blood protein and isozyme polymorphism and their application in sheep parentage identification,breed origin,differentiation,genetic relationship and production performance were reviewed.Result] The advances of the study on biochemical genetic polymorphism in sheep were demonstrated in the studies on blood protein polymorphism and isozyme polymorphism.It was broadly applied in sheep parentage identification,breed origin,differentiation,genetic relationship,the relationship with animal adaptation,sheep fertility,production performance and other related studies.Conclusion] This study provided reference for the advances of the application of biochemical genetic polymorphism in sheep genetic breeding.
