摘    要:通过多年田间试验,研究了氮钾配施对生姜品质的影响。结果表明:氮钾配施可有效提高生姜块茎维生素C、可溶性糖、还原糖及蔗糖含量,明显降低硝酸盐含量,改善生姜的内在和外观品质。

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen application combined with potassium on the quality of ginger were studied through field experiments for many years.The results showed that nitrogen application combined with potassium could efficiently increase the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar,reducing sugar and sucrose in ginger tuber,and reduce the nitrate content significantly and improve the inherent and exterior qualities of ginger
