| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了村镇银行的建立及创新点;然后分析了目前中国农村的特点,认为在一个完全分化的农村经济发展模式下,应构建一个功能完整,运行高效,多层次的新农村金融体系。最后对构建多层次新农村服务体系提出了5点建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper the establishment and the innovative point of villages and small towns bank were introduced and the rural present characteristic of china was analyzed.The author considered that multi-level rural finance system should be established under the full differentiated rural economics mode,which funtion was full,movement was high effect.Finally,Five proposals about making up multi-level rural finance service system were put forward. |
