果树自交不亲和机理及应用研究进展

摘    要:综述了果树自交不亲和性机理的一些研究进展。主要包括自交不亲和性的表现、自交不亲和基因(S-等位基因)的表达与克隆、由S基因编码所决定的植物自交不亲和性的关键功能性蛋白(S-糖蛋白)的鉴定、S-糖蛋白的结构与功能、果树S基因型确定等以及应用自交不亲和机理的几种方法,并提出了该领域尚待解决的问题。

Abstract:Some recent advances of self-incompatibility mechanism in fruit trees were reviewed in this paper.Mainly discussed the characteristic of self-incompatibly,the expression and cloning of Self-incompatibly gene(s-allele) and identify the main function protein (S-glycoprotein),which was coding by S-gene decided self-incompatibility in plant, the structure and function of S-glycoprotein,identify S-genetype etc,and some methods of using self-incompatibly mechanism.Some research programmes need to be studied in this field in the future were also suggested.
