摘    要:设备检修是电网系统运行中一项十分重要的内容,科学、合理的检修计划有利于提高电力系统运行的可靠性,能够提高企业的现代化管理水平和效益。论文结合辽宁省辽阳农电网情的实际特点,全面考虑了制定农网检修计划的影响因素,抽象得出适合配电网检修计划优化的数学模型,并通过对实际问题的分析针对遗传算法的不足相应地提出了改进措施,利用MATLAB语言强大的运算功能,结合VB可视化设计语言编制了农网预安排停电管理系统软件,应用该软件对辽阳农网的检修计划进行了优化,结果表明,优化的检修计划有效地避免了重复作业,大大减少了停电次数和停电电量。

Abstract:The equipment maintenance is a very important task in the electrical network system operation, the scientific and reasonable maintenance plan is in favor of raising the reliability of power system operation, and can raise the modernization of enterprise management standard and beneficial result. The article combines real characteristics of Liaoyang district network to consider thoroughly the influence factors for formulation of rural network maintenance schedule, and abstractly reaches the mathematical model being fit for the optimization of the distribution network maintenance schedule, and makes corresponding improvement in Genetic Algorithm according to the analysis of the rural network of real question. Powerful operation function of MATLAB was used in combination of Visual Basic and the software of rural network pre-arrangement power cut management system was worked out. Applying the software has been in progress optimized. The results indicated that the repeated assignment was effectively avoided in the maintenance schedule of optimization, the power cut times and quantity of electricity were greatly reduced.
