| 摘 要： | 本研究采用13周龄父母代艾维菌种母鸡80只，随机等分成4组，研究中草药制剂金鸡散对新城疫免疫的辅助效果，以左旋咪唑作为免疫增效剂对照，在免疫后不同时间，分别在测定血清中新城疫抗体滴度及免疫球蛋白G、A、M的含量。结果发现，免疫当日采用2．5％金鸡散抖料连用5d对新城疫免疫有明显增效作用，可显著提高血清新城疫抗体滴度及免疫球蛋白G的含量，使IgG高峰持续时间延长，并延缓AgA、IgM的下降，其免疫增效作用优于左旋咪唑，为一成功的中草药免疫增效剂。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the assisting effects of Jin Ji San(JJS)—a powder of several kinds of Chinese herbal medicines,on the chicken immunity,80 chickens were divided into 4 groups at random.Chickens were blooded and the serd were seperated and used for determining ND-HI titers and the contents of immunoglobulins G, A and M for several days after immunity.The results showed that, when added JJS into chicken diets at a rate of 2.5% for 5 days from the day of immunising,JJS would have a significant immunity-improving effects.It could improve the sera ND-HI titers and IgG contents,slow the decline of IgA,IgM.It' s immunity-improving effects were better than lavamisole. |
