| 摘 要： | 中国城乡收入差距扩大的最主要原因是农业劳动力收入水平低,而农业劳动力收入低的最根本原因就是人力资本投资不足.本文提出了在社会主义新农村建设中加强人力资本投资的意义并展现了农村人力资源现状,然后对人力资本投资所面临的困境进行分析,提出相应的对策.

| Abstract: | Because of the low income of agricultural labor,the income gap between city and countryside is now widening in China,and the ultimate reason of the low income of agricultural labor is the lack of human capital investment.In this paper,the meaning of strengthening human capital investment in building a new socialist countryside is firstly put forward and then the current status of rural human resource is presented,after that,the difficulties in investing in human capital are analyzed and countermeasures are brought forward accordingly. |
