凋萎对饲用玉米青贮效果的影响

摘    要:该试验以乳熟期全株玉米(饲宝2号)为青贮材料,设计了新鲜玉米直接青贮和凋萎青贮两个处理,分别在3、5、7、14、21、45天测定pH值和有机酸含量。试验结果表明:凋萎青贮在感观指标上优于新鲜材料直接青贮,凋萎青贮pH值变化幅度大于用新鲜材料直接青贮,在整个发酵过程中,凋萎青贮乳酸的含量比新鲜材料直接青贮高。

Abstract:In the trial we looked on silage material as the complete maize that is milk scheduled time(Si bao 2 number),having designed two treatments that they are the fresh maize direct silages and wither silages,and respectively determining pH value and contents of organic acid on the 3,5,7,14,21,45 days.It is showed: Wither silages are better than fresh material direct silages in sense organs index.Wither silages are greater than fresh material direct silages in variance of pH value.Wither silages are more than fresh material direct silages in contents of lactic acid in the process of entire fermentation.
