交流电弧焊机节能器的研制

摘    要:针对交流电弧焊机暂载率低,浪费大量有功、无功电能的现象,研制出一种交流电弧焊机节能器,可在焊机空载时除焊机,同时拉入一辅助启弧交就压器,焊接时自动启弧,以达到节能目的,对节能器原理及结构做了系统分析,经测试表明,该装置节能效果显著。

Abstract:In accordance with the phenomenon of low temporary load arc welding machine which wastes a great deal of reactive or reactiveless electric energy, an economizing the energy arc welding machine is developed. The machine will cut off automatically and turn to an assistant transformer of arc when it isn't charged. Therefor it will make arc when it is charged which economizes energy, this paper analyses the theory and structures of the machine, the test indicates that this device can save the energy.
