热风烘干装置多点温控系统的研究

摘    要:本文以单片微型计算机为核心研制出一种多点测控温度系统,将烘干温度采样测量值与烘干工艺给定值比较,根据比较结果控制对应回路风门的开合,达到自动控制烘干温度的目的,控制策略采用PID控制算法,可保证控制精度。文中对系统设计方案,系统的软,硬件结构进行了系统的分析和论述。

Abstract:This paper dealed with a new type of multi points temperature control system using the chip computer as a main part . In order to control the drying temperature , the system could be used to compare the result that sampling and sting, to control the parallel loop door open or close by comparing, adopted PID arithmetic to ensure the precision. The overall designing plan and the structure about the hardware and the software of the system were theoretical analyzed in this paper.
