桃果肉颜色、离粘核性状的SSR标记

摘    要:以油桃(Prunus persica L.var.nectarina)品种‘秦光2号’和‘曙光’的90株正交F1代为试材,采用SSR分子标记技术和遗传作图的方法寻找与桃果肉颜色基因、桃果实离粘核基因相连锁的分子标记。研究结果显示,SSR标记BPPCT035(151bp)与桃果肉颜色性状(Y/y)位于同一连锁群,连锁距离为4cM;SSR标记BPPCT006(50bp)与桃果实离粘核性状(F/f)位于同一连锁群,连锁距离为5cM。

Abstract:A population of 90 individuals developed from cross 'Qinguang2' and 'Shuguang' was used to screen molecular markers linked to the flesh color gene and flesh adhesion gene by SSR markers and genetic mapping.The results showed that SSR marker BPPCT035(151bp) and the peach flesh color characteristic(Y /y) were determined on one linkage group,their linkage distance was 4 cM;SSR marker BPPCT006(50bp) and flesh adhesion characteristic(F/ f) were determined on another linkage group,their linkage distance was 5 cM.
