摘    要:根据目前的食品安全形势,结合食品质量与安全专业特点,对食品安全检测技术课程教学内容的选择、教学方法和教学手段的运用及改进等方面进行思考与探索,旨在培养学生的知识应用能力和创新能力,使毕业生能及时适应食品安全检测岗位的工作需求。

Abstract:In order to develop the knowledge application capability and innovation capability,and to make the college graduate adapt the post requirement of food safety analysis,the selection of teaching contents,the utilization and improvement of teaching methods and techniques for determination technology of food safety are thought and explored based on the present food safety situation and specialty characteristics of food quality and safety specialty.
