| Abstract: | In order to develop the knowledge application capability and innovation capability,and to make the college graduate adapt the post requirement of food safety analysis,the selection of teaching contents,the utilization and improvement of teaching methods and techniques for determination technology of food safety are thought and explored based on the present food safety situation and specialty characteristics of food quality and safety specialty. |
