| 摘 要： | 根据对食品机械与设备课程的研究及教授经验,结合课程的特点,从着力上好第一次课、一导两学式教学法、合理使用多媒体教学、加强实践与设计教学环节等4个方面对提高该课程教学效果的方法进行了探讨。
