摘    要:通过制作精美动态的课件、以引导启发加上兴趣教学法为主、选择合适的教材、加大实践环节、设立开放性实验室等教学方法的实施,使学生不仅牢固地掌握了理论知识,学习食品微生物学的热情也得到了激发,且学生在实验操作技能方面得到了很好的培养,养成了独立思考问题的习惯,使得食品微生物学的教学质量和效果得到了提高。

Abstract:Food microbiology is the study of the microorganisms that inhabit,create,or contaminate food.The aim of the curse is to make the students master deeply the theoretical knowledge and practice skills of food microbiology by carrying out the teaching methods of producing dynamic PPT courseware,selecting appropriate textbook,improving practice training and setting up opening laboratory.All of these are benefit to the advancing of teaching effect in food microbiology.
