项目教学法在果蔬加工学课程中的应用

摘    要:根据先进的教育理论(新型建构主义理论)为指导,以培养高级专业技术人才为目的,在果蔬加工学教学中采用项目教学法设计,以确定项目选择、搜集信息、指导学生制定项目实施方案、计划的实施、检查评价等几个步骤为教学重点,从根本上改变了传统教学和生产脱节的现象,充分调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高了学生的动手能力和综合应用能力。

Abstract:Project approach is applied to the fruit and vegetable processing teaching based on advanced educational theory (new constructivist theory) in order to cultivate high-level professional and technical personnel.Determine the project,collect information,guide students to develop project,implementation plan,check and evalue the project,those are teaching points. Project approach fundamentally changes the traditional teaching and the phenomenon of teaching out of production,and fully mobilizes the enthusiasm and initiative of student learning,then improve the abilities of students and the ability of the comprehensive application.
